These terms cover your use of digitalmagda.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use it.

What this site is

The site describes the services of Digital Magda, a Digital Business Manager service run by Magda in Bucharest, Romania. Everything on it is general information about my work, not business, financial, legal or tax advice.

Services are agreed separately

Nothing on this site is a binding offer. Prices shown as "from" are a guide. Working together is only agreed in a written proposal that we both accept, and that proposal sets the scope, hours, price and terms for the engagement. If something in a proposal differs from this site, the proposal wins.

Applications

Submitting the application form does not create a working relationship or any obligation for either of us. I read every application myself, and I may decline one, for example if I'm not the right fit or my client list is full. Please only share information you're comfortable sharing, and see the Privacy Policy for how it is handled.

Content and copyright

The text, design, images and other material on this site belong to Digital Magda or are used with permission. You may read it and share links to it. Please don't copy, republish or sell it without asking me first.

Links to other sites

The site links to services I don't control, such as Airtable. I'm not responsible for their content or how they handle your data.

No guarantees and limits on liability

I try to keep the site accurate and available, but I provide it as it is, without guarantees. To the extent the law allows, I'm not liable for losses that come from relying on the site or from it being unavailable. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, including for fraud or for harm to a person.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Mandatory consumer rights in the country where you live are not affected.
